Room is very dirty, cockroaches, no water heater, service is very bad, filled with unecessary people outside the rooms, i hope they shut this place down. 0/10 experience. they should only charge a room for $0.99 tbh.

Actually its not clean at all, its cheap but I guess it should be better than that compared to the budget hotels its really expensive, because they provided a very low quality, the rooms are not clean at all, it has lizards, the bed sheet is very bad and smelly, and the whole room is smelly, the shower is not working well, the bathroom smell is really bad, the air refresher whole bottle is not enough for one night there, there's no refund while you are booking, the light is so dim like a tomb, I really regret to book this hotel and planing to leave on the second night, I couldn't bare it anymore

Not so bad, equal for the price...
Don't expect to muchc for the wifi and bathroom...
For parking lot, good enough..
Need to improve more for the bathroom

Pretty good for a single taveller or couple, the parking lot is hidden but widely open. There's a problem with the water heater in the hotel, it has no warm choice hahaha, only cold and boiling hot.

Pros:

Near town center, near ibu imas restaurant.

Cons:

Well... dirty room with dusty floor, opened door room when try go to the room, too much crowded because near terminal angkot, access in too much small.

Near to the ITC Kebon kelapa, Near to Masjid Agung,

Cons :
Better to stay at home,
Toilet Smell, Hot Water but not strong, Small Rooms, Breakfast only Nasi Kuning u0026 Egg
