Alhasil chek in pukul 15.00 langsung chek out pukul 16.00 karena merasa tidak nyaman untuk menginap di hotel tersebut. Lanjut saya mnginap di heritage hotel langganan saya... Kedepanya untuk OYO diharapkan lebih selektif lagi untuk memilih mitra hotel karena menurut saya customer dapat merasa kecewa karena ulah hotel yang seperti itu.
