- : no choice for breakfast (we only hve nasi uduk), the toilet is a lil bit dirty, there's spider web. Smelly smoke (maybe someone smoking in the toilet before)

Kendala yang saya alami pertama pada saya datang resepsionis kebingungan kalo saya pesen di online, seakan tidak tau bahwa ada order bokingan dari online, selama 30 menit saya berdiri di resepsionis, resepsionis nya hanya diam saja acuh tak acuh tidak melayani tamu dan di biarkan begitu saja, resepsionis merasa tidak mau menerima tamu online. Kemudian setelah chek in terlihat resepsionis seperti terpaksa nerima tamu bokingan online, chek in di kamar 116 kondisi kamar kotor, bau apek, sprei dan selimut kotor seperti blm di cuci, kemudian properti seperti gorden kotor, tembok kotor membuat tidak nyaman. Selanjutnya hotel berisik kayak di kos kosan anak Sekolah, bersik banget orang orang di lobby membuat customer tidak nyaman untuk beristirahat di hotel. Alhasil chek in pukul 15.00 langsung chek out pukul 16.00 karena merasa tidak nyaman untuk menginap di hotel tersebut. Lanjut saya mnginap di heritage hotel langganan saya...
