This joint used to be one of the best in town, but during my latest visit the clerks were simply ignored me. I was queuing in line while they were very politely and patiently serving the customer ahead of me. There were two clerks stationed at the ordering counter, but one left the counter to prepare some orders, so I was patiently waiting in line, too. Everything seemed normal. But then when the second clerk finished taking the order and it was my turn, she also left the counter and got busy with her orders. The first clerk looked finished by that time, but both were never even bothered to look at me nor excused themselves for making me stand there unattended. They clearly didn't want my business. It's a common knowledge Indonesia has racism toward certain people, but coming from KFC, the racism was certainly quite elevated. I decided to turn away and leave, as this was most probably my last visit ever.

Still good as a place for hangout or to have a dine with your beloved ones....but they still and always keep the health protocols on this pandemic era of Covid-19...

One of KFC Restaurant located near the city center of Bandung. This place is adjacent to Bandung Indah Plaza (connected with bridge) and Best Western Hotel (while KFC occupied the ground floor), makes this place easily accessible by public transportation. The service is okay.
