BEST, EVER! Great service, very tasty food, quite affordable price, and a good place to eat with your friends or family. The service: 10 out of 5! Responsible for when my friend's order was wrong, they immediately changed it to the right one with the right refund. And they provide free chips. Had a really good experience here, and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

A lot of variety of menu, beside selling japanase food like ramen and bento, it also sells meatballs and other Indonesian menu (served by Bakso Malang Karapitan). Unfortunately the car parking area is quite limited (3-4 cars only). It also doesn't have a wheelchair accessible entrance

There's some hygienic issue here, from the lack of tissue on every table to the kitchen. But for the food.. it's pretty worthwhile (:
