We were staying in peak season so all deluxe rooms are full but thanks god, we were upgraded to the executive room. The receptionist staff works fast so we don't have to wait too long. Tips: if you bring your own car, go directly to valet service since it will be difficult to find a parking place for your car. Valet service is free, so don't worry about the price. Breakfast is nice with so many food choices and also tastes good. The staff also very helpful and kind. The only minus is the swimming pool. If you're looking for infinity or a big and beautiful pool, this hotel does not give the facility. Overall, it's a great experience to stay in this hotel.

I stay 2 nights with my family. I got 2 rooms as I requested for connecting door. All service are excellent from door man, reception, and helper staff.
The room condition for cleanliness is good, air conditioner is good enough.
There are many choices for Breakfast options and the taste is good.
What a terrific hotel for family stay!

Excellent experience at Best Western Bandung! This hotel is perfectly located at the city’s heart and close to some major attractions. Sightseeing around the neighborhood was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with strong wifi. We got a very friendly reception and they got us an early check-in. The parking lot is conveniently located right below the hotel area. Will definitely come back here for my next trip to Bandung.

Excellent hotel, strategic location. When travelling with family, your kids will love this hotel. Near big mall in Bandung, close to some restaurants, easy to find food. This hotel also have warm water swimming pool in the middle floor. Thank you Best Western.

4 stars hotel with value of money, best view and location in Dago. Spacious n clean room. The staff are helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Rich breakfast for every taste. It is really an excellent staycation we have in Best Western Premiere La Grande Bandung.

In the mid of Bandung but crowded street and one way.
Limited parking lot (very hard to find one and Valet are available but nit sure where they park yours). Very small Lobby, but the staff are polite and kind to help your luggage.
Only 3 lift operated for 30ish floor.

The room are greatly view of city, and spacious for added extra bed. Lot of electricity slot and mirror. the negative are the old carpet dusty and some room are more stinky of cigar.
The wall are thin and might be hearing the sound from room besides. They gave us CONNECTING DOOR which suitable for double room order.

the cleanliness is very good, the room and hotel facilities are also good. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The friendliness of the staff makes it easy to communicate and get information. A litle less is parking, other than that this hotel is in a very strategic location and close to public facilities and shopping.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
