I am so sorry, but my honest advise: DO NOT COME HERE. Again. I am so sorry. The staff was so friendly and they really tried but this is my experience:
We traveled from Jakarta to Lombok over a couple of weeks. We booked a lot of different hotels in Indonesia in the same price-area and I am pretty sure I can tell what is "normal". This was not "normal".
Water was running out of the AC and leaking on the carpet. There was mold around the AC and on the carpet. I went into the bathroom and tried to open warm wather: Nothing. The shower was shaking like hell. I then closed warm and opened cold: Brownishblack water coming out of the wall. Not enough: There were worms swimming in the tub. Towels were dirty. Rust and mold everywhere.
I lifted the shower curtain and a huge cockroach was rushing out of it. Killed it. Killed a second a few minutes later. We stayed the night and bought some anti-insect spray on our own the next day. Sprayed it in the shower and under the bed: After the sixth dying cockroach came out from under the bed and out of the bathroom we decided to leave.
Sorry again. Staff really tried to help, but there was nothing left to be done. Breakfast was good.
