We booked this place but we couldn't stay for the night because it was too dirty. Room smells of cigarette, there are insects and no toilet paper in the bathroom.
The employer at the desk were welcoming and tried to fix the problem.

This must be the nastiest hotel i slept in. You should fire the cleaning staff, if there is any! I think the pictures speak for themselves. Just horrible. The awfull smell of sigarettes. The staff is watching television shows at maximum volume. The difference between the pictures they advertise, couldn't be any further from reality.

Located near Braga Street, but didn't imagine i had to bring my suitcase up to 4th floor by stairs where my room was. Not my best experience, but the staff was friendly

A relatively budget hotel in a very convenient area. First of all, no complains of the pricing for what you're getting. However cleanliness is barely tip top. I realized the floors throughout the entire hotel seems dusty. Some of the items in the room like the shower head, towel rack seems partially broken. There are some unattended food lying around the common area of the place.

However, if you're not fussy this place is kinda a bang for the buck.

The room is big. However water heater is not likely function. Same goes to the aircond. But as i travel in raining season so it's not really hot in the room. The facilities not really good to me.

Linen sheet not clean, so one broken promise. Wifi non existent, 2nd broken promise. AC ineffectual, 3rd broken promise. Has to have refund button man, better sleep in my car. Oh, by the way, FYI, 4 stories hotel with no elevator. Order at your own risk.
