4-Star hotel that doesn't offer a 4-Star experience. The rooms looked a bit old. Shower's hot water is barely hot. The swimming pool looked like a kids' swimming pool. Breakfast was okay, 5/10. The best thing about this hotel is its strategic location, it was very close to wherever I wanted to go.

Firstly.... I MISSED THE CAR LIFT!
The parking lot is quite unique, you can only access 2 floor. the other floor need to be added by a car lift. yes car lift. your car will go into a big lift and go up to the floor designated by the operator.

Secondly, the room. Quite small, bro common. Bathroom colour is it of sync. They provide sofa where you can sleep at. Great welcome snack.
NICE BANDUNG CITY VIEW because it's located in Riau Street in the center on Bandung city .

The services is pleasing. the front office and the parking officer are very helpful. the restaurant staff are very helpful and nimble

I taste almost all the food in the breakfast buffet. All taste good with lots of variety. No complain.

Will come again?

The room is comfy and clean. Wifi connection is also good. The food is okay, but there are many restaurants or cafes nearby. Great location. Very accessible.

my room light turned off and turned on again and again bcs of the room card. i called the receptionists twice but they only answered it once and they showed up very late! but i gave 1 extra star because the service in the restaurant was nice but i still cant give a very high star.

Stayed 2 nites in the loft room. The room was clean, modern,homey with good lighting. Small parking space and a modest lobby. Located in a good area, with so many choices for dining and hang out.

A little pricey but better than most similar hotel. Hair dryer in bathroom and shaving mirror is a nice touch.
