Waiting room is crowded and uncomfy since smell of smoke, the staff also smoking in air conditioning room.

Great. Appropriate waiting room plus ac and tv (no smoking area). The staff are kind and helpful. Pahala Kencana is recommended for you to travel to or from Bandung. It was my first time and I have super great time. Nice seating for the bus. Free meal and mineral water.

You can buy Pahala Kencana bus's tiket and send goods here. You get one free meal on the trip by using your ticket on the designated rest area. They have big parking space. The service are good and they offer better (cheaper) price than the one on the bus station. Waiting lounge chair aren't that comfortable and only have few charging socket.

It's just so so, neither good or bad, however the ticket price to go to bali is more expensive than using an airline. Which is quite amazing to say the least

Just o.k. sometimes you got lucky.. sometimes you just get there. Reasonable bus fare.

Easy to be reached if you are located at the central city of Bandung. But not enough parking place here.
