The best choice is the Fried Noodle. The portion of Ro. 35.000,- may fit 4 person..!!!!
The fried rice is quite unique. Cook with charcoal in traditional Anglo. You can feel the exotic charcoal taste in your rice.

This nasi-goreng (fried rice) stall is called Nasi Goreng Anglo Gowes Bu Sani. "Anglo" is a type of Javanese open-stove with charcoal and the term "Gowes" means to pedal as in cycling.

Anglo Gowes is a type of special stove used in this stall by creating a hand-pedal powered charcoal stove that is used to cook the nasi or mi goreng. The consistent burning charcoal create a subtle smokiness in the rice.

It looks like they used a pretty wet rice for the nasi goreng which is usually unfavorable as nasi goreng usually use dry leftover rice as it is better in absorbing flavor and oil added to the dish. But, as they also include a ton of fried shallots to add crispiness and free flow prawn cracker, this food still hit me in the heart.

One nasi goreng in this stall is enough for 2-3 people.

The best nasi goreng that I’ve had to date in Indonesia. They cook with a wok with charcoal, an old lady spins the handle to stoke the flames. I loved this place so authentic! #BeatTheGrind

Another hidden culinary gem in Bandung area. I always call ahead and let them know how long i'll arrive there, so i cam just pay and leave. Why? Because the wait is sometimes a torture. My advice: don't come hungry. The portion is HUGE, as it can feed 3 people. For $2.50 (Rp 35.000), experience a better than any Indonesian hotel's Fried Rice. A must when you're in town.

Nasi Goreng, Nasi Mawut is my favourite
Delicious taste. I known since 2001 when I was studied in Bandung.
Always on my list whenever I visit Bandung.
