Why yes, this is one of the best padang restaurant in Balikpapan. This is a casual place, and it is located across from Benakutai. While parking is a bit limited, I've never had difficulties. Place was clean, food was super tasty and fresh. There was no air conditioned room like other Upik, though.

Edit: this place has moved near Pizza Hut.

Worse Upik resto i've ever visit in this city. The stuff didn't notice whose to be serve at first on the queue. Dear owner, you should improve the queue system or at least train ur stuff.
