Old hotel. They've done facelift but still looks old fashion.
Location is very good that you can easily access some of main destinations in Balikpapan from this hotel by walking of by public transportation.
For low budget travellers this place might duit you, and if you have plan to travel to Samarinda, just go to left hand corner of the building front there you can find a reliable travel bus.

The hotel is quite good, the location is in the middle of the city, a lot of public transportation passes by. There are many of restaurants around the hotel location.

Very recommended low budget hotel at Balikpapan. Strategic location at downtown, standard quality room that worth the price.

Very strategic hotel location. close to center of Balikpapan city. close to the beach. easy access to many hangout place on Balikpapan.

Old fashioned hotel, not so crowd even located in the heart of the city.

Old hotels ornament, etc. Only available 1 swimming pools for 2 hotels
