In my opinion, the hotel has rooms that are not too big, the location in the city center, relatively cheap prices, close to culinary delights, it's just because the hotel is too old so it needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom facilities that have started to break down. There is no wifi facility. This hotel is suitable for just a stopover. The building is a bit old so a lot of the hotel amenities are a bit odd. The elevator is very narrow and small with a slightly problematic door. Too many rooms are located in end areas with narrow and dark hallways. Hot water in the bathroom often doesn't work. I got a room with a leaky sink, so the bathroom often flooded. Mini bar that is not maintained, refrigerator is not suitable for use. The atmosphere in this hotel is very quiet, so you will feel a little mystical.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, not in the main building but the one opposite it. It was okay. Nothing to be said about the reception, neither good nor bad, not exactly friendly though. The bathroom could use a lot of improvement. The shower head and tissue holder were rusty, so was the bathroom doorknob. The hot water was not hot, it was only lukewarm at best and you have to wait for about five mins before it even turns lukewarm (waste much?). The towels didn't smell fresh. The lighting was bad. It's really only a place to sleep or watch TV during the night, you can't read unless you want to strain your eyes with such dim lighting. At night it could get noisy, be it from the neighbourhood or the TV sounds from nearby rooms. The competitive price is its only redeeming aspect.

Old hotel, and seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is smelled funny the first time arriving in this place. The room is quite tidy and clean but all the furnitures kinda old stuffs. It also smelled like some one have been here smoking the whole pack of cigarettes. Need improvement alot.

Water shower was flowing weak and too much chlorine. Even after 5 hours showering, the chlorine still smells in my skin. Old hotel for only 200K rupiah for a night. Nothing to expect. Only for a sleep this hotel is the right choice. Located in the heart of Balikpapan u0026 easy to access the public transportation.

Not so good. My bed smell bad.. The breakfast is just 1 menu and toast bread. 3 star is enough.

It's an old hotel buat well maintained and still nice to stay in. Cheap rate and good location
