An old luxurious hotel that needs many renovations to keep up. The room I got in this hotel is old fashioned, a lot of furniture that I feel like it belongs to my grandpa's house. It's not necessarily a bad thing if there's modern utility under it, but sadly even the AC is old, it creates so much noise if I turn it on and take a while to cool the room. The hot water is luke warm most of the time, the baththub is barely usable. Noise from outside is leaking through the door so much that sometime I got up to check if the door is closed.
The staff is polite enough. The breakfast is boring, for 4 days I keep eating the same menu at breakfast. Also the breakfast room can't keep entire hotel's guest, at 7:45 I see that the whole room and poolside table is full of guest and there's still people looking for seat. The dinner that they sent to my room is also boring.

Great atmosphere, classic but not too old, warmest services, great room with excellent view of the city. However, for current covid experience, for in-room breakfast should be suggested earlier while registering at the front desk, it is much more efficient rather than calling to guest room in the middle of the night. Hand sanitizer should be attended and refilled accordingly, especially near the entrance and elevator. But overall it was great experience for us to stay at this marvelous hotel in Balikpapan.

trash. the marketing team is so freaking bad. the water was oily. the light just like a house of ghosts.

We are staying in Hotel.Gran Senyiur BPN for.first time but for Hotel Bumi Senyiur Samarinda has been more.often.stayed there for several.days.
We're rent in 2 rooms since yesterday dedicated for.me, my wife and other 3 children.
Very good experience stay in Gran Senyiur because of great housekeeping, great tastes of.food, kind and support staffs, feel.secure because of security on park area, etc.
We are very recommend for you stay and feel the amazing experience in Hotel.Gran Senyiur Balikpapan. SALUTE and our expressive.thanks to Hotel.Gran Senyiur.
