The value for what you pay per night is outstanding. The neighborhood itself is quite nice to walk around. The kids loved the big bathtub in the room. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Hotel has pool and close access to main road and Bakapai Park. Do not regret staying here.

There is always plenty of things to do. The room was overall fine for me. The pool is very poorly thought out. Buffet breakfast was same everyday- not good. Lighting in the room is dark. On arrival, the young *** did not help us at all. Cleanliness is very well maintained everywhere in the hotel.

The room is big with attached bathroom. The rooms are kept very clean. Pillow's in rooms are very uncomfortable. The wo*** who checked me out was less than pleasant. Telephone and mirror lighting were not working but was soon fixed by engineering. Will stay there again when visiting my brother and recommend to my friends.

Good place and some parts of the rooms also having good views facing Balikpapan midtown area good to see at night-time. Bigger swimming pool and safe but the hotel needs to maintain the treatment to make the water cleaner. Thank You !

The receptionist, Ms. Yuliana, welcomed warmly, provided clear information and made a good offer. I took the family room with reasonable rate including dinner and breakfast, local newspaper and wifi connection. After an hour the staff recomended to change room. The food there was really great.

Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. In terms of the room all well cleaned. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. The breakfast was lack of variation.

It was a very unpleasant stay

Receptionist are terrible. I was just asking for a quick ask and he just left me and the other told me that he are working on his PSP (thats right, his gaming Playstation Portable) and when i checked out, even though my room was booked, i cant ask for a receipt and cant copy it for reasons unknown. I had never have that kind of rejection with such unattentive manner before.

The food was terrible, it wasnt what i was expected for that kind of a price. One dish i tasted was just like one of those indomie instant noodle seasonings mixed with shabu2 condiments. The dish variety was very low, i've seen better breakfast lineup at halve the cost. The staffs are very rude, answer with either just a hum or a quick unkind yes.

Finally, when i was picked up, just for the car in front of me stoping to pick up my luggage, the hotel concierge asked my driver to park away because someone else wants to come in. Even though we were there first then the car came by

They charged pretty heavily for an old hotel, no new renovations nor no high level or at least mid level hospitality to compensate for it. If not because it was ordered by someone else, i suggest you guys better chose bettter ones. There are plenty more better cheaper hotel for 500ish in balikpapan
