The venue looked great, but it was dead when we went on a Tuesday night in late August which took away from the vibe. Only about 8-10 people in there. Drinks, and tapas were great though. DJ was playing dance mixes, so if you're into that, you'd have a great time. As always with the Mulia, service was top notch.

Terrible customer service, simply not interested in hearing the customer requests. I had to ask for the manager to get anywhere... he was nice, but what an unpleasant experience. All the other bars at the Mulia were amazing. What’s wrong with ZJ’s? Maybe that’s the reason there’s only 5 people here at midnight on a Saturday night. What a shame... it’s a great venue.

Empty on Saturday night. Looks ok. If you come during happy hour prices are ok :)

Amazing customer service. Very impressive venue. It wasn't very busy on Monday so going back on Saturday. Drinks are more than in your local restaurant. Happy hour makes the prices a bit better.

Mojito experience - Very poor customer service! I asked what they use for the rum in the Mojito and they said Bacardi. That’s the last thing anyone would want in their Mojito. It is a very poor an cheap replacement for a light rum and tastes extremely bad with the rest of the constituents. I asked them to use Captain Morgan’s Spicy light rum instead and no matter how much I asked they wouldn’t do it. Even if I pay for it! I even tried 3 different staff. They wanted to serve the Mojito with Bacardi and give me a separate glass with Captain Morgan’s, and pay for 2 drinks. The same applied at the Skybar! The pool bar at least gave me an alternative spicy rum, which worked well. We refused to go there or spend any money on the bar after this experience.

Sorry zJ’s staff, you failed on this dismally and for a top class hotel you probably don’t need bad reviews on customer service!!!
Very stubborn staff to deal with.

Order your mojito or cocktail in the sky bar instead of this place. The mojito did not taste like a mojito and was served in a wrong glass ( far too small). The place itself is beautiful and good music. Unfortunately not many people.

1) The bar was empty (08/02/2020). The Google statistics are not reliable.
2) I paid cash and somehow 100k disappeared.
3) Before of paying with cash I paid with my credit card. They told me that the card was rejected but they still charged me on this credit card
