We had a lunch at this restaurant, it was really a great experience, they brought us to the restaurant by a caddy, and offered to drive is back. The restaurant has an open kitchen and the service is amazingly attentive and smiling. The food was really good, the place is very designed and the music was great. The food was good but a bit overpriced, counting all together it was still worth it. They also organize cooking classes and the couple that took the class was quite happy. I recommend to visit this place.

I am very glad that I managed to visit this wonderful place! The atmosphere is very romantic, the staff is very gracious and pleasant, the service is simply gorgeous, and the food is unforgettably delicious! highly recommend!

This is a fabulous restaurant located within The Balé premises. Excellent location for fine dining. Staff is super courteous and the food is served quite fast, so the waiting time is pretty low. Got a good variety of food options too. You can even order your food into your room too. The Bento Box is a must have. Their bakery items are pretty tasty too.

We had a sumptuous meal at this lovely restaurant , with very modern avant garde ambiance great service from all the staff !
I did the one day cooking course with the chef it was worth every penny plus the recipes and give away apron a day I’ll never forget ! It was so good , plus before the lesson we went to visit the fish market! What a great range of fish we bought some for the class then chef Nadi showed me how to cook it all of which was splendid with such care and humbleness in fact this year I want to go back for another great meal there to relive the experience again .
The dining area is very private alongside its pool for the hotel and in the evenings with the tables candle lit it’s very romantic and you can see the chef preparing your meal in the beautiful well fitted kitchen behind the bar
This is a brilliant address to know about as this restaurant could hold its own anywhere in the world today !

Stayed at the Bale and we had dinner at the restaurant one evening, It set beside of the main swimming pool and It serves daily meal from breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It serves Mediterranean and Indonesian cuisine and wide selection of wines.

The food quality was better than expected. Service was good and friendly staff.

High quality food, cooked beautifully and delivered with wonderful service. Price is reasonable for a hotel.
On a par with some Melbourne restaurants.
