Right from the moment we arrived into the hotel, we knew we where going to have a special stay. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one is the best by far.
What makes it so special is the staff. Always courteous, friendly and at your service. I don’t know how they do it but they continuously predicted our needs which is rare.
The faculties are first rate with beautiful grounds pools, gardens and of course right on the beach.
Finally the food has been sensational. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing comfortable holiday.

Wife and I are from Vancouver, Canada. Our visit was a week long. Had a great time. Many pools, children friendly, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, excellent service, and a beautiful location. The resort is also beautifully designed and quite large; takes some time to walk through and admire the place in day and night times. Ocean breeze, friendly service smiles, and comfortable rooms. The only 'downside' is that it is a fairly large resort, so there can be a bit of walking depending on room location. This did not bother my wife and I, but we were more concerned for our aging parents who came with us, though this can be of some benefit as well.

There were a few quibbles found in other reviews that I agree with, such as a lack of an iron, cannot take bath robes out of our rooms, etc, but they were minor enough that they did not take away from the family's overall experience.

The quality of the food is great and also a decent selection. Because of Covid you cannot help yourself at the buffet but the staff will serve you what you want at each station. It actually works better as you don’t get people making a mess of things. Bookings are very easy and the staff are great. They sang happy birthday to my wife and gave her a yummy cup cake with a candle. Our family had a great night.

This is quite a stunning hotel with huge palatial spaces and lots of statues, curiosities, and extravagant water features, including a plethora of enticing pools, including right by the sea front. If your adventurous spirit can navigate far enough, you will find yourself on a very pleasant beach, which offers a range of sand and sea-faring activities for those who are not satisfied with great walks and sea-dipping. The breakfast includes a generous range of cuisine to ensure your taste buds are continually stimulated. Definitely worth visiting

One of the nicest resorts we've ever stayed in. The resort is right on the beach but there is little else within a short walk. This is not much of a problem because the resort is so nice and very large, you could spend a week exploring every corner. There are lots of quiet spots to sit back and read a book or watch the world go by.

Excellent service, beautiful and modern room, I was impressed by their toilet system ???????? very high tech. Loved their pools too. Food are delicious, especially one Chinese Restaurant in the resort, same like in Jakarta (never disappointed). We went there twice during our stay ????????????????????????

Stayed at Mulia villas for 3 nights and it was great. Villas are clean and staff are so welcoming. Breakfast and high tea were amazing. Will definitely recommend with families as everything is very hygienic and all the measures are taken to keep the guests safe. Overall experience is 5 star and we will definitely visit again
