Great old school gym. Friendly locals and 30000 IDR entry. Equipment is older but has enough equipment to get the job done. Best part is sweating 8 litres of water out in a session.

Good place to do daily exercise, friendly staff and user, cheap as well.

30k daily / 100k week. Equipment is little old but great for a workout. Staff and gym users are friendly. Has nice open free space at back where can do own workout.
Obky issue would be when the aerobics class is on as the music is insanely loud - actual ear damaging loud. If go when this is not in, great gym - has spin bikes too

Been there once with a regret . No fans and Not A clean place with a loud annoying music like you are in a night club not a gym. outdated equipments so If you looking for some cardio dont go there as this gym is basically for a bodybuilding excersices .Got two old bicycle machines and one of them is broken .

Worst gym I've ever been to. A gym on a tropical island that doesn't have any sort of airconditioning? All the weights are scattered all over the place, machines are at least 30 years old and on the verge of breaking, benches are loose u0026 nothing for cardio.

This morning I been there and ask some questions to reception but she seems doesn't care and just busy with the phone ,that's not nice at all to serve the guest like that..
