It's a shame that the hot water doesn't work properly in a 4-star hotel. Furthermore, the air conditioning is not cold. Already asked to be repaired, but the technician is not present. I asked to change rooms (downgrade), but the receptionist said the room was full. Speechless...

Had a pleasant stay here. Sure the maintenance is not quite up to standard but if you can get a good deal - which I did - then I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was very dirty, bathroom was run down, sheets were stained, no towels!! Should not be a 4 star. On the plus side it is cheap. Would not recommend.

Room is spacious but the wifi is super super slow. Also many staffs in reception don't speak English

Cheap and near airport. There is convenience store in front of hotel which open 24hr

Awful service for a four-star hotel. When we came in the room, there were no towels and the floor was dusty causing our feet super dirty as if they have not mopped in months. The water heater did not function in the morning and hair dryer (that was attached to the bathroom wall) did not function at all because the plug socket was broken. The next day when we asked for cleaning service, they forgot to clean our room. The only thing that made our stay better was the food for breakfast. Wish they had enough tables for everyone because it was so crowded during breakfast that we had to wait for an empty table. Will I come back to stay here? Nope, not until they fix all the above. Better find another place to stay with better reviews. Thanks!

Very nice place . Extremely patient,polite n helpful staffs. Can't forget them . Most of the menus r non veg for breakfast n may not suit Indians. But the Chef managed to prepare some veg items even though it was not a part of their menu for vegetarians on individual request n ensured a satisfactory experience for the customer. Complaints on room were addressed soon . Very reasonable price in such a nice location. Have three markets just opposite to it. Near to airport n some famous market place. Overall a nice relaxing place for a week to break from ur routine .
