Pure perfection - 11/10 (spinal tap never gets old, right?)
The location was just wonderful, clean, quiet but in the middle of everything at the same time.

Villa with pool was awesome. The open space (living area and pool) was wonderful, and the entertainment system was superb. The sound bar was perfect to just have your favorite songs playing in the background.

Bathroom (with Jacuzzi), sleeping room was as good as it gets.

The artificial lighting concept is also well worth to mention - so beautiful and tasteful as well.

What can I say? Thank you for having me as a guest.

We were so lucky to stay here, amazing staff, and were quick to fix any our shower head and blocked toilet. Not the best buffet for breaky but they were more than happy to help us out when we asked for something else. Close to some great eating spots, walking distance to shops, money exchanges and scooter hire. Thank you Bali, can't wait to go back.

Villa Kayu Raja located in Petitenget, precisely right beside Si Jin Steakhouse, one of the well known steak in Bali recently. They have limited parking spot. Great lobby design, quite big restaurant located beside the lobby. Check in and check out quite fast, no deposit needed, sadly when we were there the room was not ready yet so we waited for about half an hour. They provide buggy car to drop you to your room. The villa entrance's design just like Balinese traditional house, nice design tho. We stayed in the one bedroom villa type. After opening the main door, there is kitchen area, which included sink, stove, fridge and etc. The kitchen area also connecting with spacious living room complete with tv, sofa, and stairs to the pool. Beside kitchen area there's stairs going up to the bedroom. The bedroom itself were also big enough for two people. Equipped with TV, sofa and many else. The bathroom was incredible. Have two sinks, shower area, toilet and definitely bathtub. Staffs were awesome, smiley, and helpful. Their price was all worth it with everything they offered. So far so good, no complaints. Overall 8,5/10.

I genuinely feel pity towards all the people who are planning to check in here after my experience.

If I could describe this villa with one famous quote, it would be "Looks can be deceiving." We found this villa from Traveloka and the photos looked beautiful, so we decided to book it for 1 night. As a little background info, we have stayed in other hotels/resorts in Bali right before we arrived here. Immediately after arriving, we could feel that there was a great contrast between the hospitality u0026 friendliness of the staff when compared to other stays. Their greeting and service were just flat. Nothing that bad yet.

And then we got to the villa, and all I could say was I was glad we only booked for 1 night. The rooms were much different from the images online. We also took pictures for memories' sake and we admit from certain angles the villa could look nice. But upon closer look:

- Towels had a weird smell (it was unlike detergent/perfume/anything like that)
- Towels, blankets, and sofas had stains on them
- Bidets u0026 door knobs were dirty and stained
- Bath tubs weren't properly mount to the floor. In fact the slight pumping of the soap bottle (a completely sensible movement to do) that they placed on the bath tub caused the bath tub to move
- There was a leftover condom wrapping paper on the floor (perhaps this was the last straw for me)
- There was no privacy, conversing sounds could 100% be heard, + the sounds of suitcase wheels being moved around throughout the villas made it hard for us to rest

At least the breakfast did not disappoint (it was just ok) u0026 honestly the room was quite comfy. I just would never recommend this to anyone, ever :(

Place above and beyond our expectations. The living area, pool and the rooms were huge. Fully equipped. Even a home theater system attached to each TV. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of menu options. Overall a great place to stay.

Actually this is a very spacious villa, they even have a rooftop. But the quality of the building is not really good. It is also not that clean. It kinda give off a creepy vibe at night or that we are just some cowards. First floor is a living room with a private pool and tv and sofa. Second floor is room and bathroom. You can find a door near the bathroom, inside you'll find the stairs to the rooftop.

For 2 bedrooms, the space are quite spacious. The pool not so clean but acceptable, a bit plain design wise. The breakfast are okay, just dont request the fried rice, not worth it. At the ground floor (living room u0026 dining room) you will hear a lot of noises such as golf car or troley wheel, also people talking. And sometimes people talking from other villas.
The groundfloor curtain only using blinds and the barrier between public walkway and the rooms quite see through, so don't do any private activities here
