After having tried a few different gyms in this area, I must say Soham is my favorite. The overall attention to guests and mentality towards guests makes the experience much better. I love their green cafe promotions, and they’ve always delivered extremely tasty, healthy meals, at an affordable price, please keep up the good work! Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

Payed $32 for the wellness centre day pass which was expensive considering most gym day passes in Australia are $10-$15 for better equipped gyms. Had a good range of equipment but was busy, even at 2pm on a Sunday so had to wait for each machine to free up. Nice place and beautiful outdoor pool but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Small little gym but has enough equipment to get a workout done. The one visit pass gets you access to a lot of amenities such as spa, Sauna, pool. I was disappointed as I felt it was pretty pricey. I paid $32 AUD for one visit for the gym. Would be better if they had different options for gym only or all the amenities and adjust the price according to that. I don’t even pay $32 a casual pass in Australia!

Nice facilities and modern gym. Very convenient spot. My wife’s boyfriend spent his time swimming at the pool waiting for us, while her and I worked out inside. Great for everyone

Very high class gym, pool and spa. The facilities are top-notch. However, shirts and professional training shoes need to be worn when in the gym.

The price is getting higher. The place is getting older and busier.

Neither the main room or any room has an exhaust, only a/c blowers, meaning all the sweat smell as well as bacteria stay inside, as they have nowhere to go.

What so called “wellness” area is so old that it’s a shame they keep it open. Sauna is falling apart, cold plunge pool machine works like a tractor, jacuzzi blowers aren’t working, the only a/c unit in this area is covered in a thick layer of mold (why do you need it and not a proper exhaust?).

Staff doing whatever they can. However, there is probably no person in that company who understands the basics of maintaining public buildings, especially in indoor wet areas. And no government checking the standards and safety of such facilities.

Unfortunately, there are not many choices available in Seminyak area, and there are more and more residents, so the place just keep rising their prices, but people keep coming.

One single visit is Rp 325,000 / AUD 32 / USD 23. Choose wisely. I’m done going here.
