Stayed on level 5 where it opened up to the infinity pool right outside our room. We had an amazing time, the staff are so friendly and helpful. My 3 year old son was loved by the staff and swam all day in their 2 pools. Food was also excellent and buffet breakfast was lovely. I can't believe the low price you pay here for the quality stay, would definitely recommend!

The hotel is OK if you're looking for a nice place to sleep. They could keep it a bit cleaner though and some electrical wires were exposed in the bathroom (loose socket). As you've probably guessed, they charge Golden Tulip prices. That would be worth it, but in the three times we ordered, our beers (just drinks!) came late (15m) or did not come at all. We booked thinking Golden Tulip would be good just by reputation but this was not the case. Staff is friendly though and they try. It's just a huge place, which sort of automatically means there's lots of things that can go wrong. Bedroom and bed is nice though, they also have a lot of premium movie channels on the TV. During checkout, one of the receptionists was really rude to his colleagues and did not act professionally towards us.

I stayed in the superior/deluxe room, room is big, bathroom is standard, amenities not complete (maybe the cleaning service forgot to complete our amenities since the hotel was full). Pools is great, they have 2 swimming pool. Ballroom is excellent, good sound system.

I had a table manner course here a few weeks ago, this hotel such an amazing hotel i ever come. They had nice building, and the staff just amazing! I ordered a vegan meals for me and also one of my friend ask vegetarian meals, it was make me suprised, they really know what i need amd want! Even the desert not really worth it but over all, i love it❤️

Great location, decent prices, good service, ample parking, OK breakfast, nice rooms, comfy beds, pretty design for the breakfast place, popular with Chinese tour groups. The staff are very helpful.

I had a small incident where accidentally they put me in the same room as one of the members of a Chinese tour group because one of their staff forgot to register that room as being used instead if vacant. I was away when the Chinese tourist returned to the room and she was understandably angry. The staff took my stuff out of the room and put them in another room two doors down. Nothing seemed to be missing and they gave the Chinese tourist and me some "apology fruit platter."
I thought the whole thing was funny but the Chinese tourist was not impressed.
My valuables were still in the 1st room's safety deposit box for the whole night because the Chinese tourist was already asleep. ????

Staff were perfect. Very polite, and also helpful when you asked. Room service and general restaurant food was quite good, although the breakfast buffet might have gotten a bit repetitive, but that was only after a week, and on a day to day basis it had different things.

Excellent hotel with great views and interior. I really love it...it’s so “nature” and clean and fresh. I love their lobby hotel. The pool are so great. The convention room is big and clean and have a great free WiFi.
