Very good price/quality ratio here. Rooms modern and in good condition. In-house gym sufficient for some workout and the views from the high up rooms very very nice! Breakfast was nothing to write home about but fills up your stomach.

To improve, room was not ready at 3pm but we needed to wait about 45 minutes in the lobby. Not a great start for a loyal Marriott client. Also, no invoice sent after stay by email and no Marriott Bonvoy points added to our account from the stay.

Would probably stay again if looking for a low key place to spend the nights, when spending to days in beach clubs etc.

Stayed there for an event. Overall it was alright. Rate was quite affordable. Service was good. Nice view - Jimbaran bay and also GWK statue. Amenities and facilities are okay. The room itself is spacious with clean u0026 modern design, and slight Balinese touch - lighting is good. My room has access to the garden and has patio area with a lounger. Bathroom is spacious with separated shower - toilet area. Ballroom and meeting rooms are okay, but carpeting needs deep cleaning, and lighting needs improvement - it's dimmed. Wooden fittings, walkways, and some other areas of the hotel need retouch. Breakfast needs improvement - selection was quite limited, and food was lacking flavour. Coffee at breakfast was alright though. Location is not very accessible, and challenging at certain hours when traffic is high. It is also challenging to walk around the area, since the hill is pretty steep. Parking is enough.

We stayed in this room for two nights, service was awesome. Also we booked with breakfast, they had both Indonesian and English breakfast. First time I have tried Indonesia dishes in this place, the taste seems to be unique. Also the view was awesome from my balcony ????????????????. Overall great experience.

My staying in Four points by Sheraton from 27.09 to 29.09.2022 was amazing ???? I had a lot of requests about my checking in ( cause I needed to work earlier) and when ai arrived everything was done like I requested. Check in was fast and my room was ready. I also got complimentary lunch and dinner which was Very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel territory, spacy room with a view, all the facilities are in good condition, clean and luxury design. I also enjoyed the spa facial massage there. Breakfasts are amazing ???? so big range of different dishes and drinks. Totally worth the cost. Thank you for your service ❤️ also I had a birthday ???? so they provided me the Cake ????

Hotel is nicely designed. Breakfast buffet is great compared to other hotels in Bali. Staff at breakfast buffet is amazing and very friendly, had a great experience with them.
Staff in the restaurant in the afternoon is friendly but unorganised. Waiters hardly speak English, bring you the menu and then disappear. Had to walk up to the kitchen and ask if I could please order food.
Stayed for several nights, didn't get fresh towels. Put one towel on the floor, they removed it, but didn't replace it. Called reception to get fresh towels, they said they'd send someone. After nearly an hour someone came and tried to hand me a single wash cloth. Took me several times to explain to him that I asked for towels since he barely spoke English, too.
Room didn't get made every day. Water is dripping off the ceiling in the bathroom.
I've had worse experiences in Bali, but this hotel is too expensive for what you're getting. Spa experience was great though.

This is a second home for us. We love the people who work here. They always go out of their way to make our stay special. For our anniversary, they decorated the bed with flowers and towels swans. We just mentioned the occasion without any requests. So that was a nice surprise. The hotel has an amazing view of bali, and the rooms are very comfy with strong AC. Highly recommend!

Too noisy if there is event planned in the hotel. It's midnight 12am and people is partying, where room balcony is facing. Not recommended if you want a relaxing holiday and good rest. Called reception but seems like they can't do anything about it.
