The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool was awesome! The breakfasts were hot and yummy. Very serene surroundings while still close to main street. Only thing I would ask to change is to let guests use the kitchen on their own without having to have staff help. Bring your own towell...theirs are bad and they are super paranoid about you taking them. Go there to relax, I recommend it!

I have mixed reviews about this place. I’m going to give it 5 stars, for the beauty and architecture of this place. It really felt like I was living in paradise, and I loved having the pool right outside the door.
I’m going to give it 5 stars, for the little breakfast that was prepared for us. It may have just been eggs, and toast, but it was good. When you’re traveling, you want good food! So I was really pleased that the food tasted very good.
I’m going to give it 4 1/2 for its location, pretty close to the beach, in walking distance to some stores. Had no complaints about the location.
Now, I’m going to give it 2 stars or maybe even 1 star for what happened the first day of when me and my friends arrived there.
WE GOT SCAMMED.
We paid for our reservation well in advance, and when we got there, and paid the additional fee, we were demanded to pay an extra fee from each of our friends. We argued, that we had already paid the amount and they told us that if we didn’t pay X amount (I forgot the amount we had to pay) then we would have to leave, and find some where else to stay. We were being threatened to be kicked out if we didn’t pay the same reservation fee, again. While we could have easily found another hotel or hostel to stay...it was late at night when we arrived and five of us girls didn’t want to look helpless on the street. So, we paid them the amount, even though....it wasn’t necessary. Now, I’m aware of obtaining a receipt or order confirmation. Even if it’s just having them right it down on power.
I’m going to give 2 stars for the fact that I swear, I had a bed bug in my bunk. I’ve dealt with bed bugs before, and brought them back to my home from Mexico. So, I know what they look like! For the blanket that was provided there was about three on the blanket, they were dead, but they definitely were bed bugs.
I didn’t notice any rashes or problems...but I threw the blanket out because I didn’t want to deal with that again!
Lastly, for the roommate that I had from the UK. Was SO obnoxious. She kept me and my friend up all night with this awfully loud wet cough. Then when she was done coughing, she’d open the door and go out for a smoke. Leaving the door open with smoke coming into the room. When she wasn’t smoking, or coughing, she was snoring incredibly loud. When she wasn’t snoring, smoking, or coughing...she was a slob. She would leave her GGG sized bra on the shared sink, and even on the floor in front of my bed. Her clothes were just all over this shared room.
So annoying and extremely disrespectful. My other roommate was very kind, he was a surfer from Africa and he was incredibly nice. Greeted me and my friend when we came. Shared a few stories. He woke up early, but honestly only woke up to him leaving early one out of every night we stayed there with him. The women from the UK...I would never want to be bunked with her again!

Overall, it was a beautiful hostel. Good location and food...but I’d be cautious of this place for the scamming and potential of bed bugs. Let’s hope you don’t get a rude roommate!

Hard to find, location was gd for me with scooter and quietness. Rooms were damp, water running down inner walls as it rained for a few hours. 1st room with 6 bunks, had no running water i discovered in the morning. So they allowed me to move to next room. Not well kept. Spiders everywhere in rooms, cheap and basic. Little pool, too dirty to get in, Toast with Jam and tea for breakfast. The two girls working there were lovely. Would not stay again, much better out there for same price.

Really clean and cozy place. Nice pool and facilities. Located near a lot of practical stuff but not nightlife and beaches. Having a scooter is a must which they offer to rent at a decent price. Good value!

This place is run by money grabbing conmen who don't honour your booking. I booked a room for December back in August. That's FOUR (4) months in advance! Only 1 week before I was set to arrive, they hotel messaged me saying that the room I booked is not available and they were going to degrade me to a dorm room for the same price! (i booked a deluxe private).

When I asked why they waited last minute to inform me when I booked so many months in advance they simply ignored my question and just said that if I wasn't happy I could just cancel. Every question I asked they just suggested I cancel. Fine, if this is how you want to do business, I'm not going to give you my money.

My assumption is that someone offered them a higher price for my room. There's an event happening that week and their location is very close to the venue. Their avoidance of my questions about why they didn't inform me earlier makes it very suspicious. Of course, this is all my own speculation.

Cosy little place down a little side road.Do need scooter or be prepared to use grab or taxis to get around.
Staff super helpful and very friendly, always have a smile for you.

Such a nice place, but the pool need to clean, but there's no spider on my room ;)
