Booked a room through traveloka. The room looked nice on the pictures but irl it looks really bad. The staffs are really lazy. The bathroom is really dirty - there are molds on the ceiling. I wouldn't reccomend people to stay here.

I had a really bad experience here in. Rented a room though Agoda where the hotel look really good. But in reality it is bad condition and not clean. The staff don’t really care for the place. I had booked 14 days but left after 3 nights.
I won’t recommend it!

Had booking for July..but checked hotel first..flower boxes full of weeds..allocated room facing wall..over rubbish dump..explained to Manager..who asked me cancel..l did

Dont believe the misleading high ratings from those who just walk-in u0026 use the pool for a few hours. Worst hotel in Bali in my experience. Bad, incompetent and rude management. Poor service. I saw many rats and red ants. You can hear the rats running in the ceiling sometimes. Aircon not working for many guests. Many nights no water from tap and shower. WIFI is a joke so bad. do not recommend. Many days no electricity. Even before pandemic in 2019 was like this. Went from 4 star hotel many years ago to a more like 2 star hotel. Seems Manager has run this place down to the ground even before pandemic hit. Reception wallpaper falling apart. Parts of wall falling sometimes. Many guests complained old water pipe bursts regularly with flooding. None of the staff seem professional. Many other better hotels to choose from in Bali in my experience..hotel just so badly managed and neglected. Oh and BTW all the lifts/elevators dont even work!

The place is rundown, old and seems to be fading away in time.
The staff have given up on life and it clearly shows by the way they treat customers.
They even don't know the pricing of the rooms ????

Great location. Rooms very nice with great air conditioning. Fantastic pool. Staff friendly although only a couple can u sweat and English properly. We got food poisening from the burger from the hotel restaurant for 48hrs, when we told staff they didn’t understand. Toilet continuously blocked. Great room service and provide water every day.

Nice and friendly staff. A week stayed here. And on thursday there was a ceremony, so i watched the Balinese dance. The swimming pool are good. Even the restaurant on the rooftop also has a good taste. I think this is an old hotel, so need some renovation to make it looks good again. But overall are ok!
