Overall a nice hotel, in a 10-scale, I'd give 7/10. The negatives : Lack of charging port, and my room don't have open window (the other room with open window have no view) But it's a high travel season, who knows if they have more decent rooms available on lower season. The positives : The location. The location is almost perfect if you're travelling on a budget. The area is very lively and you'll have everything you need in just walking distance. They must improve on

Nice place and great hotel. Only negative i have seen is lack of charging ports. One next to the bed would hav been good. Locating the charging port took me few minutes , not at all in a conspicuous location!..

Breakfast provided is super awesome. Many varieties available.
Sunny 16 cafe adjacent to the hotel is super awesome. The staff is very courteous and professional and food is worth the price... Place definitely recommended.( for Indian food completely avoid GOLDEN SAFFRON HOTEL NEARBY) Unless you are ok paying 7 times price you pay in India for all items. Indian food in USA is cheaper than this hotel!

It was a good stay. Rooms are clean, big and has a nice view to the pool. Highly recommend. Good location where can access to main areas. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Riska from sales, who was helped for my reservation. She is effective, fast response with all necessary information. The breakfast was so good. Lots of varieties. Worth stay.

Pros:
+ The room is bigger than I expected
+ Housekeeping staffs are really helpful
+ Location is closed to many local restaurants and within walking distance to convenient stores which is nice

Cons:
- I could hear whatever the guests next door was doing or talking about like they were in my room. This is especially very uncomfortable in the evening when one is trying to sleep.
- Bathroom smells like crazy.
- The staff slamming on doors and talking loudly on the corridor that I could hear it all the way from my room.

I don't like scams. This clearly says comes with bathtub. Entered the room and it was a small room with shower. They said that the website might have made a mistake. Really Agoda and Booking.com made mistakes? If you know there is a mistake then you should fix it. Totally small room. Grandma's was bigger.

Despite the location is far from the beach, tourist spots, but the room is spacious! Affordable price to stay in Bali. Just need a little more detailed cleaning in bathroom as it has black tiles that we can see watermarks everywhere. Would consider to stay here again.

Oh the serenity... You get to listen to a guy sanding wood with an electric sander and the cleaning staff slamming doors down the corridor all afternoon. Don't plan on trying to sleep or relax during the day here. Location is poor, nothing around worth visiting, pretty rough area to be honest. Drinks very expensive in the hotel bar, twice as much as anywhere else. Will never return.
