Special and comfortable coffee shop, they open until 2 A.M. Their coffee was nice, but a little bit pricey. Their plus point is their comfy air-conditioned and outdoor space with elegant warm lighting. My favorite menu: iced caramel latte. The staffs are friendly, and their wi-fi is fast.

Place with great vibe and unique design, with 1 get 1 coffee after 5pm. Lots of choices and desserts too.

Don't go here if you wish to get your food be done fast!

We order onion ring and vietnamese roll, it took so so soooo god**** long!! More than half hour, for a too salty and only thick floured onion ring and in the end they say, "sorry we're running out of vietnamese roll, do you want to change with something else from the menu?". The whole process took almost 1hr!

Why must they tell our vietnamese roll not available only after we wait like 1hr? Their defense was like "it's from the kitchen that didn't update us or communicate with us properly"
No bro, it's from both side, why can't they call first to the kitchen, ask for the availability before receiving our money. They demand payment in the front as well.

In the end i got my refund, also initially i wanted to give 1 star, but they gave us compliment 2 glasses of iced tea (i might sounds petty here, but trust me, i even saw not only us complaining about long nonsense waiting time for food to the staff)
Price wise, they're expensive for a not tasty food. Price was never a problem for me, i just dislike it that i had to wait for so long. Really, they're lack of communication skill not only between their colleagues, but also to the customers. Never again i will come here

It was my first time to Sunny 16 Cafe at Fontana Hotel. Nice and cozy and clean place and friendly staff. I ate spring roll and I love it. My friends went to this cafe few times and they love it too. Good place to hang out with your friends.

Deli foods and beverages,nice ambience and positive atmosphere, spacious parking area,will come here again more often, the salty fish is never had enough! Always love hanging out there but only one issue they need to fix it is the circulation of the air inside it was sooo damn hot..

Love the food here. This cafe is 24/7 open and had a different dishes here during our stay in Fontana hotel as this cafe is in house and open for walkin too.
Very delicious dishes are served here. We had French fries, onion rings, cheese cakes, Panna cotta, donut, milkshake, platter. I loved every bite of it.
Services is quick and the ambience to dine in is also good.

Cost is fair too.

nice place for free night people... this cafe have sign to said "open 24 hours". waitress service is good, and the atmosphere have low noise from traffic beside dewi sri, kuta high way.
non smoking and smoking area are available with good ambience.
next, please add more option coffee menu for us coffee addict.
