Affordable gym in canggu.

You can pay per visit or monthly subs.
Fhe area is surrounded by rice field. With good air circullation. This gym is no AC on it.

The locker is available. If you want to buy a drinks they sell it next door.
Per visit cost you around 30k.

The equipment was enough to train muscle group. Free weights also available.

The parking lot is enough for car and motor cycle.
They provide disinfectant.

Great gym. Good mix of bules and locals. Small but well equipped, even has TRX suspension gear. Seldom crowded. Treadmills overlooking rice fields. Decent monthly rates for bules. No AC but that’s a plus for me. I want to sweat. Killer cafe attached. Trainer William makes sure weights are returned. I have been to a lot of the gyms all over Bali, and I only review the ones I like. If you spend most of your workout looking at your phone and diddling with your playlist this gym may not be for you. Great mix of friendly people, but not a networking hotspot. My only complaints are that it’s right on the main road with highway exhaust, and they play the music too loud. But ask and they will turn the rap down.

Great place to exercise for the price , nothing too fancy and a cool breeze from lush green rice fields , it is the perfect basic workout place in Bali

It's an okay gym to train. Got the necessary/basic equipment and machines: cardio area, free weight area, legs and upper body machines, crossover. Some of it needs fixing though.
There's ventilators only, no aircon - wellll it's gonna make your strength training add some cardio effect:)

They have breakfast served here; as well as protein shake and BCAA.
Got wifi.

For now the price is 50K IDR single visit and 400K/month.

Summary: okay gym at affordable price.

This gym has everything you need for a resistance training session plus some cardio equipment like treadmills (x4) and bikes (x4).
Cost is 50k per session.
They also have a restaurant for making gains. Chicken breast, with veggies and either rice or mash is only 55k and the breast was big (gotta love a big breast).

Would give 5 stars but no A/C so your gonna get sweaty.

Nice gym. You will find all the equipments and machines that you need for your workout. Friendly staff and very good price per visit. Looking for a gym during your holidays. Here you go.
