I agreed to some of the reviewer on booking.com that saying the rating is misleading (my bad that I ignored it).
The owner (or whoever runs this property's account on booking.com) will make a defense on reply session of everyone who wrote bad reviews and low stars.
The place was good.
It was clean, neat, and tranquil, only a few steps away from the beach.
But the service was so unpleassant.
There was no sign that could tell you that this is the location for the hostel. Not even the smallest sign, i saw different name written near by their parking lot.
We arrived at the property in the afternoon and were welcomed by their dogs. Then someone went out to take his food delivery. So we asked "Is this nomad hostel?" He said yes and went in to the property again.
At first I thought he was also a guest here, but then we found out that he was the one who helped us to check in.
He didn't say anything until I told that we're going to check in. Then he just said ok and show us the room. He didn't even ask how many beds we booked so I thought he knew it.
I and my friends booked for 3 beds in female room.
They didn't even show us our bed! At first, it was okay for us, maybe they concept was "self service" because they only have 2 rooms : 1 female room and 1 mix room. But then when we chose the bed that we wanted, a girl (who was also a guest), told me that the bed that I wanted had been occupied by another girl.
When I told him (the guy who helped us checking in but no helps at all), he just asked us to move to other room. NO explanation, NO apologise.
Is this the right way you treat the guests who only stay for 1 night?
I'm sorry, that was horrible.
The worst service I've ever experience so far.
