Beautiful spot for a scrumptious bite and drink, the team are very attentive and helpful- super quick service although it was quite on our visit.
I had a simple salad and watermelon boozy cocktail and it was perfectly light, filling and refreshing.
They have a range of events on Thursday- Sunday from acoustic sessions, open mic comedy night and drag queen bingo- can’t wait to come back and join in.
Recommend if spending time in Canggu.

Amazing restaurant in Canggu with their beautiful interior and extensive menu. We love their juicy tender glazed pork ribs and chicken roullade. The cocktails are pretty and refreshing. We definitely enjoyed our visit at this establishment

The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, feel so comfortable dining there. So many instagrammable spots to take pictures. But the food was not the best tho. My fried chicken was a bit too dry and I can taste a bit of burnt on the chicken skin. But the drinks were nice

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came here back in 2019 before Covid and have been dying to get back for the Happy Tangy Mojito. I went back today and everything was exceptional. We ordered the Avo nice day with added eggs, serving size for the price was generous, beautifully presented. Hash browns - yum! Chips are so good and the aoili is to die for. All the drinks were beautiful, the iced mocha was a stand out. Coffee comes in cool little cups. Staff were attentive and friendly. Will 100% return and recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thanks to the team for a great visit xo

This place is fantastic. Ordered the ribs, chicken and waffles, and Indonesian fried rice with chicken satay. Everything was delicious but the ribs were next level. Highly recommend. Service was prompt and friendly. This place definitely punches in above their 4.6 rating.

Breakfast is SUPER noice! There's a jungle on the wall, with twin monkeys and get this... they're pink. It's like the best promise a cafe could offer in terms of service and man the girls smells way better than me (and I shower everyday, sometimes THRICE!) ????

Visited Fat Mermaid on a Thursday evening. They had decent food, affordable cocktails and pretty interior decor which made it very instagrammable.

That said, the main highlight of our experience were the acoustic live band and impeccable service.

The customer service provided by one of the staff, Ayu, was amazing. Ayu gave good recommendations, checked in from time to time to see if everything was alright, and even made sure to remember our names. Her great service definitely made the night better.

Overall it was a great experience at Fat Mermaid which I'd recommend visiting, especially when there's live band too.
