The shopkeeper ignored us until we finally asked her about our need. She is well trained and even referred us to the next similar shop who has the item we need. I gave three stars for the willingness of helping us, but please kindly refrain from judging your customer by looks. We might be rocking battered jeans and vintage jackets, but we are going full-payment not credit. By the way, the shop is also doesn't have cover for tablet we're looking for. I wonder what kind of shop is out of stock in the high-season.

Staff was pleasant but the store didn't have Samsung chargers for any phone. This meant I had to buy one across the plaza that didn't even work well for the Samsung models... why?

By far the most incredible customer service experience in a tech store that I have ever had. The 2 girls behind the counter helped transfer all data from my old device to my new within an hour.

Incredibly knowledgable, polite, kind and switched on staff to customers needs.
I am a guy from a western background who expects high standards but these 2 staff in particular far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommened this store to anyone and everyone and certainly come back as a repeat customer.
If i could give a higher rating then i would.
Well done team. Keep up the great work.

This is a review of your store in Lippo Plaza Sunset. (since I can't find the listing on Google since yesterday)
What a joke. Call the store yesterday afternoon about a price of a phone, they say Rp x, get here this morning (yesterday) and they say the offer finished yesterday, price now 1 Juta more. Shoulda told me that yesterday. Boss doesn't want to discuss it on the phone. The only experience you get at this store is a good shafting. Terrible service
