The staff are really nice. We only stayed for a night cause we had to be near the airport to get a flight. The pool looks amazing but we didn't use it. It is centrally located in kuta, you can walk to the main street were all the restaurants are, even though it's close to the party area we didn't hear the music during the night. There is breakfast included: pancakes, toasts, jaffles, orange juice, tea or coffee. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

Good price, and nice rooms. We got a really big bed in our room :D the pool is in between two houses so it does not get too many hours of sun per day. This means that the water is not as hot as I would like it to be (but you can easily be in it without being cold lol, perfect for swimming) and the deckchairs are not very useful. 10 minutes walk to the beach though :)

Room condition is not good and there's no amenities. But the price is very very cheap given that small breakfast for 2 people is offered for free. Location is very good if you would like to go out for a night market or a drink. Staff there are so nice and friendly.

I chose it seeing the external condition and the photos by which they fool people.Dirty rooms,In standard room they do not provide AC,not even a wall fan for good ventilation.. There is a small table fan hanging just up the bed, which not even enough for a single person. The staffs are so unprofessional. While requested for a mosquito repellent spray, they told us it’s finish and u urself buy it from nearer shop. I mean seriously! Whatever you say, they just show the excuse that we chose standard room and that's ehy we can not expect a least facility.

A very good place to stay during your next Bali visit. The rooms are located next to the swimming pool area so the view that you get from your balcony is good.

They provide very good condition rooms for the price range you select. And also once you booked a room it includes the breakfast and a the morning tea as well. For breakfast fast they have bread toast and pancake with chocolate options.

This place is somewhat closer to the Ngurah Rai airport. It's like 10 min away from the airport.

This was by far MY WORST EXPERIENCE with Airbnb (actually with the hospitality sector in general).
Started with checkin, where the staff had a bunch of friends around continuously making jokes clearly directed to us in the local language.
Once we’ve got to the room, surprise - no double bed - they gave us a twin room saying it was the only room available, even though we told the host it was a honeymoon trip.
The staff gave us the key and quickly left, and that’s where the story got worse. The room was filthy, an absolute nightmare. There was hair everywhere on the floor, thick layers of spider webs in every corner of the room, the bathroom was soaked (like someone just took a shower on it), broken toilet seat, tap and shower head completely rusty, HOLES AND STAINS all over the bedsheets and pillow cases, bad smell on the pillows, and the towels looked like someone used to mop the floor.
We went to the lobby to change our reservation, the staff that was already rude before got even more energetic and said that they couldn’t do it because they are not responsible for the listing on Airbnb - the listing was made by an Agency and they don’t have even a contact number to speak directly with them. (AGENCIES WILL KILL THE AIRBNB EXPERIENCE IF THEY DONT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT)
In the end we’ve had to contact the Airbnb customer service, send the pictures to them and explain in detail our case before they agreed in change our checkout date to the next morning.
The whole thing cost us an entire night looking for a new place to stay in Kuta in a dump room (we’ve had to pay for) that we couldn’t leave even to have dinner because we were afraid of the staff since they were yelling at us and making fun of the situation.
To finish the story with a gran finale, the host (Agency) contacted by message and called us liars, which we replied with a bunch of pictures and details about what was happening. He apologised in the end - going against images is quite hard - which doesn’t make any difference, his response just showed his profile as a dishonest host and disrespectful person.
