Cheap but good and spacious room. Very nice for long stay. And if you walk to the left there are some book store and 'warkop' that has very cute and adorable dog 'Mocca'

Booked RM201 from 02/29 - 03/05.
Pros: Ambiance of the hotel and pool are nice. Light noise can be heard outside at night in contrast to other reviews here.
Cons: Comfort room REALLY stinks. They did not clean the room during our stay at all. We replace the towels, tissues and water in the reception every evening by ourselves. Service can be improved.

I stayed at the deluxe room with pool access. The pool access rooms are really nice with bean bag. The toilet is really noisy when the fan is on and sometimes there's a bad odour. The AC is really cold and cable TV is great. Lots of power sockets. There's fridge and closet. The bed is comfy. Breakfast is delicious, especially the fried noodle and fried rice, but the portion is small. The female restaurant staff is friendly. Also the rooms doesn't provide water or kettle, you have to go to the restaurant for that. No drinking glass, tissue, and floor mat. You have to ask for a floor mat. You can take a car here but the alleyway is really narrow and the hotel probably has space only for 1-2 cars. The thing that killed the mood was the male receptionist with thick glasses we encountered when we first checked in. Quite rude and not friendly. "Jutek". And I'm not the only one who felt he was not friendly. But there was one staff who was friendly the next morning. I give 3 stars because of the nice room and breakfast but bad service.

Location is ideal (but very very loud at night) and staff is very pleasant. However, the place itself is not in good shape. Our room felt dirty, mini fridge was gross, toilet leaked and didn't flush, and the sink faucet was falling off. Shower was hot and was probably the only upside. Pool in the courtyard looked appealing but all of the furniture around it was falling apart. Overall, could use some major maintenance.

Great spot and exactly what I expected. I see some rooms.mention the noise of the nightclub and although I did too it wasn't to bad. The streets are full of people trying to get you to buy something but that's what you'd expect. Would come back again. Also, if nightlife and being close to the beach is your thing then it's a perfect spot.

African working girls stay here. Many Africans like the restaurant here. The rooms are big w/ basic facilities. Bottle shop here too with ATM. It's budget priced (except for new rooms). Great new swimming pool. New rooms built at the back are a bit pricey compared to old rooms. Night time noise is due to the Nite clubs nearby. Male staff will clean rooms when you ask them.

If you're a light sleeper, find another hotel far away from this area. There is a club next door that blasts drum and bass tunes till 2am every night. Unfortunately, the only solution for the property is to install more soundproofing in the rooms or have a discussion with the club owners.

Aside from the late night noise, the room was in disrepair. There was no soap or shampoo as described in the listing. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. Our AC unit (which was cold) had a remote without a working screen so it was impossible to adjust accurately.

For a "deluxe" room, we did not feel deluxe. For the price, there are better, quieter and cleaner options.
