We have eaten here twice now on our five day stay in Bali and this modest restaurant is a hidden gem and unlike any other restaurant in the area. In an area that seems to be more and more vegetarian and vegan it’s good to find a restaurant that makes no apology for serving great Australian Steaks and roast meats that are cooked freshly and to perfection every time.
The first time we had the roast beef dinner and steak and they were delicious and cooked so well our plates were completely cleared of all the succulent meat and al dente veggies and served with a flavoursome gravy and Yorkshire pudding.
Today we had the peppered steak pies and absolutely loved them. Once more success on a plate.
The service was impeccable and the owner, Loretta is a little dynamo and made our evening.
The restaurant is small with outside seating for 8 people and inside for 6 more and it also offers a takeaway and delivery service. The premises is spotlessly clean and the toilet has to be the cleanest in Canguu. Don’t miss out on a visit. We loved it!
