The lift is out of service, the parking lot can only hold 5 cars (and you have to park somewhere else if it’s full, and they charged you Rp 50.000), the wifi is not working (and no signal at all), the room is dirty and dusty, they didn’t provide a housekeeping if you stay for 1-2 days. They only want to clean your room if you stay for more than a week.
No mineral water, no bath amenities at all.
The sink was clogged, and creepy bathroom too.

Yes it’s near to Kuta Beach but it’s not worth it AT ALL!

The room wasn't clean enough, the surroundings were dirty too.

Very clean rooms, good value for money once we haggled them down from the original price. The breakfast was a buffet where you could help yourself. The owner (maybe manager?) was very friendly, and he offered us bacon and eggs for breakfast if we preferred that to the traditional Indonesian food. Great location too.

It depends how much you spare for the rooms. I had moved from my first book to another one. My first book is so cheap, so the bed is not that comfortable, the lighting is not enough, I think the management needs to set more lamps om rooms (all rooms), the water when you take a bath will be out from bathtub and it's quite disturbing. But the second room I book (which the price is higher) has a nice bed, there's a space to chill outside the room too. The staff is good. The lift is so small, so it only contains 5 people with/without baggage to be able go inside.

Pricing was great, location is amazing, but, there was an issue with the sink leaking in my bathroom. I told the staff about it and was told that maintenance would fix it which never happened. The sheets had a few spots and I was told by the front desk I would get new ones and that never happened. Might I add this was all during my initial check in on day 1. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the location is right by everything, and the staff even though didn't do anything that I ask they were extremely nice. Besides that I would recommend checking somewhere else before booking here.
