Loved our stay, great location. staff and food were great. But room was in a poor condition, and the bath tub was filthy which is a shame because I enjoy a relaxing bath sometimes. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue for me if the price had reflected all this. But you're essentially paying enough money for somewhere in better condition with a little more pride taken. Still recommend the stay if you can get it on a decent deal.

Good hotel - we got upgraded because there was no one staying in the rooms. It was very quiet and the pool bar was only open for a couple of hours a day which was a let down. The rooms were nice, quite small. It was in a bit of an awkward spot which made taxi's not want to go down there. I stayed here in 2017 so it may have improved since then, the best thing about it was how close the mini mart was - you didn't even need to leave the drive way of the hotel and it was there. The staff were very friendly and the onsite massage place was very nice. I believe the private pool villas that they have are very nice, I haven't stayed in one myself though.

Value for money the place is good. Bathrooms could be a little bigger with better water pressure but still fine to deal with. Staff are all friendly, breakfast was included and was pretty decent considering we only paid $45 per night AUD. Location is great. Central to all shopping and restaurants. Ordered room service and food was priced well and tasty. Would stay here again.

This hotel is located in Kuta and is very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean but standard rooms have no view whatsoever ( only window faces a concrete wall ). The toiletries are provided in small glass containers and are not replaced regularly. Lastly notes are slipped in on the night before your check out asking you to leave by 12; of course guests know the check out time, i found it a very cheap way to be reminded.

On a large family budget we chose Kuta Lagoon resort as it seemed to be good value for money. Staff members are very friendly but I wish they provide us a queen size bed instead of twin bed. They're more than happy to help you out at the front desk with any recommendations or services you need and the rest of the staff around the hotel couldn't have been nicer. Friday nights are musical and the whole atmosphere is lively.

The staff are amazing and I can not stress that enough. Most importantly it was very clean and serviced daily. A short walk to the beach and a nice stroll down Legian St to Poppies Lanes. Great value for what we paid. I was quite impressed with the upkeep of the hotel.

Grounds are beautiful, the room was very dated and this was a deluxe room. We complained and were moved to an updated room. Breakfast is average but the Cafe menu food has been pretty good so far. Staff very friendly. Not particularly suited to young families.
