Great value, nice staff. We stayed in superior twin queen bed room. The place just need some TLC. The room is less spacious and less lit than the picture. The bathroom is a little bit moldy, but still usable, the shower curtain is too small, there was a leakage in the bathroom in our room but all in all still comfy and usable. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, high quality bedding, good shelves. There are complimentary tea bags but no coffees. The rooftop jacuzzi was under maintenance when we were there. There is no view in our room, there is a big window, but it oversees a wall. But for the amount we paid for, this hotel was superb. Located near Legian street and near the beach

We lost USD220 from the room while we were out visiting places. Upon confronting, the manager was ignorant and took no action. The toilets do not have any amenities and have broken taps and flush. The bedsheets have blood and look very dirty, housekeeping was the worst though the staff were friendly. The rooms have faulty Air conditions which makes loud noise all the time and is impossible to fall asleep.

Rooms were good but remember you only sleep there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and you can buy/eat/drink anything you want with 100m of the hotel. All airport transfers were organized swiftly and without any hassles.

The rate is the best for a room fits 4 pax! You will not find anywhere else. But unfortunately the toilet is my biggest issue. It is so not comfy. Doesnt meet the minimum standard for a 3* hotel in my opinion. The pics shown in the webs are not what you will get actually.
Pros: beds are super comfy!! Other than that you will have to accept everything. I even bought my own electric kettle to make my coffee and tea. Because their kettle is so dirty and a bit rusty. But overall.. just remember what you pay is what you get, okay? :)

Terrible experience! The first room they gave us had a leak in the toilet, so there was water on the floor for 2 days. There was also someone else's "pubic hair" in the toilet seat by the time we got there. Then they moved us to another room, but it was by the street and so noisy we couldn't sleep. Finally they moved us to a third room, which had no curtains on the windows, so it got really bright in the morning. The fridge didn't work either. There were a lot of stains on the sheets and towels. Also, the Wi Fi was very unstable. The pool looks amazing in the pictures, but in reality the sunlight doesn't reach it, so it's pretty cold. There is a nice jaccuzzi on the rooftop, though. The bed is comfortable and it has a nice bar u0026 restaurant downstairs, although a little overpriced.

The hotel and room itself was nice for the price. The location was good. The wifi was unreliable and they didn't have charging outlets that could be used with an adaptor. The bed sheets had dried stains on them. You get what you pay for at this hotel.

The room was clean and neat. The location was strategic enough. Nice chilled music and a cocktail bar Spent the full day up there Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of families there and for the price I say it was worth the $200 for the week we stayed. I would stay again but not with children.
