It was a good experience. Rooms are comfy and quite spacious, pool is pretty chill and nice. Overall, the hotel has a really good atmosphere for travelers who wants a chill vibe with a bit of crowd. However, try to avoid having breakfast since there are so many good food near the hotel which are way better than the hotel's breakfast.

Property is nice enough..too bad the service very very not proper.receptionist not well prepare to service the guest.Very slow response. Check in process need to wait the staff u0026 find them(they said having lunch, not even say" sorry for waiting"), even 1 person also not standby. We gt upgrade to dlx room while book amd already confirm by the hotel.then when we come to the hotel they arrange us still at superior room.so we tell them again.u0026 we must waiting again around 1.5 hours. Pool not clean.kids club, floor at the lobby and dusty everywhere.so i think the reception dont have hospitality manner.

Not a good hotel as they projected it. Breakfast had very minimal choices for vegetarians. Rooms are small and poorly air conditioned. Wallpapers and colours look kind of faded. Swimming pool was good. Staff was very corteous but infrastructure could have been better for a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel until and unless it is must.

Perfect choice for family. Some room are decorated with certain themes. Especially in the room that my family had stayed in, the theme was basket ball, they set the wall with sport wallpaper and a basketball ring along with a fluffy ball. My son and his cousins were so happy shooting the ball to hoop as well as get up and down the upper bed. It was like a bedroom and playground blended together. Cozy and fun hotel!!

I, my wife, and my 1y old son had a wonderful stay in a wonderland theme room. Thumbs up for the designer. It was a spacious room, we even played hide and seek with our son!

Breakfast was very good and plenty.

There was a kid's club and my son liked playing there. However, toys for boys were too few. It would be great if there were more toys.

I would love the swimming pool if more sunlight can get in.

Overall, we love your hotel and will come back again for sure. Thank you!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are nice, clean, well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly. The towel smells really nice. They have qiblat direction on the room. Breakfast is pretty good, but more variation would be better. Honestly i chose this hotel because they have a playground, but sadly the playground isn't that good. The playground area is near the kid pool and sand pit. The floor got wet by the pool and got some sand too.

A good place with fair price. The staffs was very good and friendly. The room was big enough for 3 people. I love the architecture very much. I'm amazed with the indoor swimming pool but the water was freezy. Breakfast was delicious and had many menu. Overall, this hotel is good.
