This is a huge hotel with large rooms. We stayed for 5 days for Vespa World Day 2022 event, during when we also used the meeting room and enjoyed the dinner menu. We are satisfied with the facilities, esp the large bedroom with its own sink, refrigerator, and drying rack in the balcony. All the staff are helpful. The cleanliness is well maintained. The only downside is the hot water that was barely there and the distance from our room (2202) to the lobby is quite far, but apart from that, I'd visit this hotel again if I go to Bali.

Room was spacious and okay. Clean enough, well done... Perfect for your family and friends. Nice and humble staff love it while the river view? View was horrible. The river is dirty

The location very strategic and close to many spot such as restaurant, pie ejie, and many more.
The room was well clean, but the basement parking very low. For the car with roof box carrier should be careful.

Staffs are helpful and friendly but need more lights, the hallway is too dark. Btw, the river is very poor..
This is my second stay at this hotel, I got bigger room, but the facilities need to improve.

No proper AC available here
Toilet flush was not working properly

Clean Room. Nice riverside view. Strategic place. A lot of food and shopping place around the hotel. The services and staffs good, fast, and diligent.

Amazing hotel. Staff always friendly and smiling and remembers your name giving a personal but professional touch. They have 3 pools that are maintained and clean. A small but decent gym en a kids area. They also have a free shuttle service. Had a very pleasant stay here
