the address is complicated, you need to asked locals, don't use the Google maps, twisted address

Be warned: this place is in a good location, but it is overall extremely bad. Take note that the negative reviews are legitimate. My room smelled of mold, the bed sheets felt like sand paper, the pillows smelled awful, the air conditioner barely worked, the WiFi is mostly unusable, and the room was infested with bugs. It is rather cheap and it is in a good location, but you'd be better off paying a little more for nicer spot.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
There was bed bugs in our room. I have bites. I tried to talk to management about the issue and they tried to force us to stay in the room. When we declined and said we would find another place to stay (at 11:30pm) they threatened to call the police on us.
The mattresses were disgusting. No hot water as stated. No bathroom sink. Very small. Can definitely find nice places in the area for the same price.

Homestay is placed in the excellent location. Peaceful area but not far from tourists attractions, shops, restaurants etc. Private motorbike parking is there. 24h reception and very kind staff. Room is quite small but clean, with good Aircon. Bathroom with cold water but in my case I don't mind. Recommended

The worst place you'd ever be staying at.
The people there are very very rude and very irresponsible. There are bedbugs on the bed, dirty sheets, and the room stinks so bad!
They won't believe you when you show the proofs saying that the photos aren't from their property.
No change of room! No refund!

They'd say that there were other guests before for such a long time and they didn't complain about anything. Do not believe that. They're irresponsible and can not be trusted.

They'd threaten to call the police and scream at you!

Save your time, energy, and money. Do yourself a favor, do not stay at this dirty, unsafe place.

Great place to stay. Cheap and nice owners. We had air con room on lower floor and airport transfer. Always greeted by a smile and left big bags there for free on a trip to Gilli islands. Great family and cheap homestay.

Bad:
-- Bed Bug infestation in the bed, so I left and had to book another hotel for the night.
-- They refused to refund my cancellation fee (when I cancelled the rest of my stay there)
-- They also refused to refund what I paid for the night I left because of bed bugs. I lost time and money and got no value from this home-stay.
-- I mentioned several times that I didn't want to write a bad review, and that I would only do so if they didn't give me the fair refund. They still refused. Money-hungry; not caring about their guests.
-- Noisy area, construction.
