we used to live in this apartments. I am Indonesian and my husband is Caucasian. the place is nice and the receptionist is friendly and nice too but... the staff in the breakfast section are really arrogant.they look and speak cynically to me, same Indonesian but not to my foreign husband. I remember the old man wearing glasses was very unfriendly and so was the other workers They are busy gossiping when they see us. Look we stayed not for free we pay. You guys and me are same nationality but why you people treated me bad. Is it call jealous or racists to fellow Indonesian? Please change your way of thinking. I hope the hotel management trains your employees how to serve guests well, no matter the nation.

So nice! The receptionist was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Loved the rooftop pool and how it was open late. The restaurant downstairs is small but have everything you need and some local foods and well ask typical westerner style breakfast foods too. Rooms were amazing- couldn't believe what we paid for and what we got. Definitely going again!

Staff are all friendly and do there utmost to make your stay pleasant
They all strive to give you maximum privacy whilst doing there job ????
Room was clean tidy and air-conditioning works
Booked again for next year and have no problems recommending this place

This place wasn't worth the money. Our air-conditioning was broken. We asked everyday and told us nothing was wrong. Finally second last day they fixed it. We spent 7days in this place.
The upstairs pool was uninviting, the the second pool was a walk down the street into another complex.
The staff here made us feel less than wanted. We will not return.

Perfect place to stay, very close to the beach and also has very good nightlife around the place.

The service is also quite good here

Nice place to stay, near the small shops, beach, restaurants and discos. It have 2 swimming pool, nice staff. Rooms always clean. TV and AC working. Breakfast included. I place to repeat

Hotel is good however there are too many mosquitos in the room... Breakfast is just okay...not awesome.. Overall experience satisfactory.. Can be improved..
