I didn't stay at this hotel, but I had a lunch at this hotel restaurant. I heard from friend that this restaurant is giod at steak. So I visited here only for the steak.
The time I visited was around 1:00 afternoon. There were many people who came for steak like me. Staffs were so kind and pleasant. I ordered steak, hamburger and beer.
Taste was so nice and I cleaned every food without any thing on plate.
This restaurant is connected to hotel, and could see hotel pool next to table, so it could be noisy inside table. Recoomand to sit at center hall if you wanna quiet time.

Wonderful place to stay, gorgeous rooms (if you get the right side). I’m yet to try the restaurant down stairs but I definitely will before my trip ends. It’s close the the clubs, shopping, restaurants and the beach (all a 5-10 minute walk away). Very affordable for a 8 day holiday and the staff are amazing. Room service is quite pricey so try to avoid a late night snack. The massage place just next door is a must! The location of this hotel is wonderful, it’s just a bit tricky for taxi’s to get to but it’s so close to walk to everything you don’t need a taxi.

EDIT: I tried the restaurant down stairs, it was very good. Cheap for the amount of food that you can have (unlimited meat and salads).
I have noticed one thing that I’ve not been too happy with. In the 8 days that we’ve stayed here, not ONCE have our bed sheets been changed, only made. Obviously not expecting it to be done every single day, but every few days is acceptable in my eyes. It makes me wonder what else they don’t wash? Definitely not the best.

Clean and well presented rooms, comfortable beds. Good food selection from room service.
Staff are friendly and eager to help.
Unfortunately zero care for patron safety, woke up in the middle of the night to a flooded apartment on our last night. Took a nasty fall while holding my 6 month old on our way out of the apartment (witnessed by overnight security) to another room to sleep until everything could be sorted in the light of day.
Absolutely no care from the general manager who didn't even take 2 minutes out of his day to enquire about my welfare or our daughters. Acted like he was doing us a favor by not charging us for late check out but made no effort to have the room dried or safe for us to collect our belongings before midday.
Spent the whole last day of our holiday laying in bed in pain, unable to get out and enjoy last minute activities with our kids.
They agreed to launder our clothes that were all sopping wet, but refused further compensation because they felt it wasn't their fault that the pipe had burst and stated that 'how do we know you didn't damage the pipe to get things free'

May have returned prior to this... but now definitely not.

Because the hotel rooms are clean and cheap to book, the value for money is good. The hotel is located in the middle of Kuta. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. Our room was above an average size and equipped with a kitchenette. The room lighting was uncomfortable for us (dark with blue color temperature). The shower armature was newly installed and worked very well. My wife complained of back pain in the morning, apparently caused by the old mattress. The pool areas are not large, but enough in size to cool down. In the early morning, suitcases are transported across the corridor. Then our sleep was over, because of loudness. The smell of the Rodizzio grill in the evening moves up to higher floors. What really disappointed us was the lunch snack from the menu. My chicken wrap and the fish u0026 chips did not taste and were very expensive. Therefore 1 star reduction. For 2-3 nights I would recommend the hotel, for a longer stay rather not.

Let’s start with the negative, could defiantly do with new bed mattress’s your laying on springs with a bit of sheet over. Was a massive let down that even my 7year old daughter said mum it’s a hotel why isn’t the beds comfortable. They could supply water to brush your teeth. The pillow cases must of done there time as they are stained yellow. But apart from that the Hotel is very clean, breakfast is great. Both restaurants are delish. Although you may as well have the amazing steaks cause there great value for the price over there standard menu which is a lil pricey. Rooms are massive with everything you need just not comfy beds. We did enjoy our stay here though.

We loved this place. Each section has its own pool so it never seemed to be overcrowded. Facilities were available in each room so you could cook your own meals if you wanted to. Lucy, in charge of housekeeping, went out of her way to assist in any way she could, including helping to blow up balloons for parties. An asset to the business. There was a very good spread for breakfast and the restaurant was always busy at night. A free shuttle bus every hour to take you to the beach and other close by attractions though many places were a 5-10 minute stroll away and I use a crutch to walk with. My only complaint was that is stage 3 where the restaurant is the floor in the walk through area was VERY slippery mainly from how the meat was cooked and even after complaining to the management it was never sorted in the 3 weeks we were there. An accident waiting to happen.

Nice enough but not really our thing. A bit of a haven for drunks. One particular bloke had no consideration at all for others with his sustained abuse of his girlfriend. If you can deal with that it's cheap enough, the rooms are quiet, the pool nice and breakfast is good. Location is another plus.
