Positive: Great location, far enough from the overly touristy area, yet in a comfortable walking distance if you prefer to hang out there Nice clean and quiet place. Negative: This property would deserve 10/10 if it wasn't for two things: the water dispenser was refilled with what seemed to be tap water, and the AC needs maintenance, somehow made our skin very dry, had to use a lot of moisturizers..

Positive: Great and friendly staff, room with working AC with a fresh/clean toilet and the shower has warm water. Great location with like 10-15min walk to the beach and mall. Clean pool, not the biggest but it works. We got a big closet and there was a mini mart just around the corner. Great Wi-Fi and it’s a very good standard. We stay there for our 2 last nights but would stay there longer if we hadn’t been going home.. Negative: Nothing all top notch.

Positive: Good value for money. The small pool is deep enough to actually enjoy despite its small size. Rooms were quiet.. Negative: It's in a small alley so you will have to walk the last 30 meters with your luggage if you arrive by taxi. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage..

Positive: Comfy bed, great location, room was in good condition, ac worked like it was supposed to. All in all a very good option for the price. Negative: The toilet could have been cleaned a bit better and sometimes the wifi was a bit slow. Minor things though and especially the toilet is an easy fix..

Positive: Considering its inexpensive fare, the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. not much amenity like soap or shampoo are provided but given at this price i think it is acceptable. it's also located in the small alley, where kuta is within walking distance. nearby, there are many places where one can find food to eat without bleeding one's wallet.. Negative: the plumbing of the water faucet has some leakage which they didnt repair..

The staff was unkind to me and my wife. After highlighting a dirty bathroom upon arrival to our room, the staff member who showed us to the room, he immediately invited us to leave and told us, he didn't want any bad comments, so if we were not satisfied we should just find somewhere else.

The bathroom was terrible, there was heavy calcification on the bathroom fixtures due to a lack of proper cleaning over a period of time.
He told us that no bath soap came with the room, my wife had to ask him for a second towel, before we were issued with one.
The sheets on the were not clean and the towels themselves were not clean either.
With such deplorable conditions, we immediately started searching for other accommodations and left the following morning.

Clean comfortable great staff bag storage, great location, ac worked good, TV and DVD small pool but nice. Nice furniture, if you climb on top of room good for sunset. Clean would highly recommend scooter rental and additional help with booking activities and fast boat to Gili
