For the past five years this is the only hotel I have stayed at. It is Australian managed, and all of the staff are beautiful friendly honest and helpful. It is not a very large hotel which for my family and I is perfect. The rooms are clean the rooms are updated, the pool is always clean the towels are always clean. There is often a little bit of entertainment each day Whether it be barbecue lunch or some musical entertainment. The males are very well priced tasty and generous size. The breakfast however could be a little bit better with a larger variety. The staff there are also so happy and obliging to help you out with special occasions. And the massages ... why bother going anywhere else the girls are fantastic.

I absolutely loved everything there. It was in such a nice and quiet location. The staff were so friendly and always positive. One girl, I didn’t catch a name, put ginger in my tea when I told her I had a cold. They are all so sweet, young individuals but are so amazing and passionate in what they do. The resort itself has amazing breakfast every morning, full of variation too. The rooms were so nice and comfortable to be honest. However, I would have liked more bigger rooms but it wasn’t much of a big fuss. Bali was such a beautiful experience and Dewi Sri just kept on making it a whole lot better of an experience. One worker basically every morning, folded new towels into different sorts of animals and shapes each morning for us. Very nice experience, would recommend to everybody ????

We all had a fantastic holiday. The ladies at the front desk were always very accomodating. I personally love the food selections. The best thing was the coffee. Our room was by far the nicest we have experienced. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The location was perfect--so much to see and do.

Good value for money. Staff is very nice and willing to help with absolutely everything. One star off for the boring breakfast. If you're staying here for more than 5 days, consider other places for breakfast for a better variety.
We were very impressed by the different animals made out of towels everyday by the housekeeping staff. Overall, we had a good experience.

Polite, helpful, and friendly staff, beautiful facilities. Edit: I came back to update this review because the euphoria is gone and I'm more level-headed. The former review applies along with the following: the rooms are spacious and functional. Housekeeping was not great (they tended to only make the bed and not actually clean anything). You get what you pay for

Ideal location if you want to party. Very close to all the clubs and bars. Unfortunately this means you will have very drunk youngsters making one hell of noise and waking everyone up at 04:00. Very nice hotel and very pleasant atmosphere during the day, however being woken up multiple times every night made our stay very stressful. Great staff and excellent Spa facilities. I would stay here again if I went with a group of friends for a party holiday.

Great place and amazing value for money
Simply loved it. Great price, friendly staff, amazing pool, good food and nice size bedrooms. Comfy beds, good air con, clean bathroom... And in a great location. You can't ask for more.
If anything, the only bad thing was that because it is so close to bars and clubs you can hear the music from some of the bedrooms, but it didn't bother us much as the beds are so comfy you fall asleep super quick.
