Awesome resort! They greet you with a tasty tea!Worth staying and very very friendly staff! The night life in the neighborhood is worth mentioning! All the local shopping market, restaurant, live music restaurants are quite close. The food is a little on the pricey side but still worth for the ambience???????? Nevertheless you are also given a complimentary breakfast (Not sure if it's based on the room booking) and the food is very tourist friendly. So you will love the food irrespective of the place you have come from????

Location was great, Staff were helpful and friendly, Rooms were tidy and clean, Pool was lovely to cool down after long days Buffet breakfast was amazing! Wifi was great! Our teen enjoyed using the fitness center daily as well, we traveled as a family of 4, 2x adults 1x teenager and 1x child, they did great to accommodate us, we purchased 1x Deluxe room with an extra bed for our teenager leaving our 8 year old to sleep with us! value for money was great! even the day spa on site was amazing! we had transfers and massages included in our booking and loved every moment!

Customer service, cleanliness and house keeping of the rooms are all maintained very well. The only problem we experienced was with our room service, the food was not worth the price for the quality or portion sizes. However, the buffet breakfast and bar by the pool are great value for money. Nice place to stay in the heart of Kuta as it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

As a solo female traveler
I found this property to be great. I used their airport pickup service and the gentleman was prompt and easy to find considering I arrived after midnight. The breakfast was really good, basic but fresh and always served with a smile. The location was awesome, close to many things like great restaurants and spas. I always felt safe. I also met Made at the hotel, he became my driver for my entire trip. The room and pool area were very nice for the price of the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean, great, and stylish. However, the reception centre is quite, and there's only 1 receptionist there at that time. So when I came to check-in, they weren't there and I had to wait a few minutes. And my room view is just other rooms as well. But I could see the edge of the swimming pool, which was better :)

Rooms were quite superb, beautifully maintained with faultless service and cleanliness could not be faulted. Breakfast daily was excellent. The pool was great with a very nice bar along side. Value was unmatchable. Best I have experienced in Bali. One problem being hearsay only. Since my last visit I am informed the bar has been closed. Apparently due to new management, If so. That’s my last visit. Can anyone elucidate???

Overall this was a great experience. My two friends and I spent 8 full days here it was a blast. The free breakfast every morning was very convenient. We participated in a free cooking class that was amazing! Also, the hotel has a money exchange station so you dont have to go to sketchy places outside. The spa at the resort is phenomenal - totally worth the price!
