Its old , cheap hotel you cant expect more, but..
They have pretty big pool, beautiful garden, good services and strategic location, just sad that covid destroy poppies area and not yet fully healed , am visited poppies week ago and still in sad condition not like 2 years ago when am spending 2 nights here with my office friends
I know my pics here is old but i hopes it can help this hotel to be strong ☺️☺️☺️

Affordable stay. Nice host. A well maintained pool.
But the overall condition of the place lacks maintenance. The cistern in the comod was defective. The breakfast was limited.
It's not recommended to order fried rice in the breakfast, as the quantity will be very less. And you will feel hungry within one hour.
The breakfast menu also mentioned strawberry. But what you will actually get is strawberry jam.
There's a departmental store near the place owned by the same owner and goes by the same name 'Pesona'. It's recommended to buy things from there because the prices are reasonable.
There are two WiFi routers in the place. Both are good in the ground floor but horrible in the first floor. I don't know what's the condition is above it. We actually had to sit in the veranda to access internet.
There is plenty of mosquito in the place. So please carry protection against it.
The behaviour of the host is good.
There are certain instructions written on a board in the room. It's not actually hotel rules, but rules stating how you can survive Kuta safely and without getting cheated. Do read them, remember them and follow them.

Rooms where of poor standard. Looked like no one had stepped foot in the room for months.
WiFi didn't reach the rooms which is annoying but by no means a tragedy.
Staff weren't overly friendly.
Pool was very nice though.
Location was good as was close to the beach and was slightly further from the hectic streets of Kuta.
Breakfast was available, basic and standard prices.
I defiantly wouldn't say good value for money.

it's located near kuta beach, not far away from hard rock cafe bali, so crowded but you can easily enjoying bali from this hotel.

large room and bathroom. price is cheap.

The budget rooms are big but extremely hot and stale. A tiny fan on the wall which doesnt reach the bed. Excellent swimmingpool and good location close to the beach. Wifi only in lobby.

Let's start with he price point.. where I'll end. Do you need amenities? None! No fridge, no TP. No galsses.. nothing. Awesome pool. Quiet, away from.the streets. That price? $30 a night

I only spent one night here but it was pleasant. The room was nice and clean enough. The bathroom is dirty to North American standards but was pretty standard for this area.
