Air condition did not work in the room and it was hotter than outside. Also many bugs and geckos inside the room.

When we arrived. We were told there was a swim up bar.... Lie. Secondly the beds are HARD AS BRICK PAVEMENT and so are the pillows. The shower you can not even stand under!!! Was literally the size for a two year old. The breakfast is very basic, toast and eggs were cold. I asked for coffee and got tea... However the attendents the next morning were friendly and polite. We moved to a better hotel the next morning. I honestly would not reccomend to anyone to stay here. If you want a nice high end but not pricey hotel go to LEGIAN PARADISO HOTEL. Paid 300 AUD for 7 nights, with American buffet breakfast. Swim up bar and the hotel is just beautiful... Beds are comfy and has a shower you can actually stand under :)

FOR THE FIRST TIME I STAY HERE THE MANAGEMENT IS REALLY BAD!!! I cant accept anything they do. Is really bad.
Seriously, i always get my mom to stay here for her holiday n today i take my son to spend time with family here, and i book SUPERIOR ROOM IN FRONT OF THE POOL AND WHAT THEY SERVE ME ? The room upstairs . I have BABY 7 month old ????

Room was crazy dirty. Bugs and lizards were in room. In final we even saw a mouse in our room and had to change the room. Staff don't understand English very well. Pool is good. Nice atmosphere to swim but rooms are really bad.

Hotel used to be better the first time I went to Bali, but service isn't as good.

Hotel close to city and the beach. Nice swimingpool, good breakfast, for short stay is good.

Breakfast you choose one of three kinds. Don expct. It s just help break your fast.
