Hotel next to the beach, but toilet was broken, the room was nice maybe 15 years ago and for hot water you have to pay extra 50 thousand rupias.

Location is great but hotel service is poor. Toilet comode is broken. Charging port is broken , towel is not clean. I will recommend find others hotel around kuta. Most important things is there is no WiFi access from your room. You have to go lobby and it’s far away from your room. Even you can’t sit in lobby because there is a lot of mosquito. Internet speed is just ****ed up.From the picture it’s looks beautiful but when you enter it gonna be hell for you. At night it’s looks like grave and horror .

The rooms are not as advertised. They were dirty, poor upkeep. Sheets had grey splatter spray across one bed with a cigarette burn in the throw blanket on the foot of the bed (no smoking hotel in advertising speel). Mould in the bathrooms, with rusted shower Heads and taps.
We had three rooms booked and all were poor. The price is cheap however we have stayed in comparative properties in Kuta that were clean. Walked in and left, would not like others to have to go through this experience.
Staff appeared friendly.
We found alternative accommodation.

Price friendly for backpaker. Hot water worked well. And breakfast is simply as you paid. The great point is the hot water shower quickly hot, and the location is near to the beach. Cleanliness was average. You get what you pay. Nice

Despite the broken window. Everything bad about the hotel is true but still acceptable.

But what's worst is that, there's a NOISY flying UFO that made me can't sleep on my last night in Bali !.

**BEDBUGS**

Don't stay here! There were bedbugs and they got me pretty bad. In my 15 years of backpacking, this is the first time I got bitten by bedbugs. And trust me. You don't want that to happen to you. Terrible!

So don't take that risk. I don't recommend staying here!

Very cosy and hospital place. The host is very pleasant and nice. Our room is clean and tidy. The price is really moderate. It is totally worth.
